“I’m loving this challenge! Everyday I notice an improvement. Will definitely keep doing this one once the challenge has finished.”

“The last 27 days have been surprisingly really good. I honestly thought that I would struggle mainly with the diet plan. At first I definitely found the double leg drops the worst however now I can confidentially do 20 and sometimes I do more just really cement that haha. The side planks are killer but it’s great seeing that definition.
The most challenging part of the diet plan was lunch. It’s hard to get a proper meal fix when you’re out and have nothing prepared however I am happy to say that I haven’t eaten Bread, Pasta, Potato, Noodles, Sweets, Chocolate or touched a drop of alcohol. At times I did not make it to 6 meals a day however I mostly held a rigid, 3 hour eating time.
This lifestyle is incredible and it makes me feel amazing. My energy levels have stayed the same, however I did think I would struggle with that.
But most importantly, is my body. My stomach is tight as and that has always been something that I’ve never been able to achieve by myself. When I sit up, there aren’t any unwanted rolls and when i lean over i don’t have those handles on the side of my stomach :D There is definition of my abs as well and that’s great because I look in the mirror and feel great :) The spillover effect of the diet means I now have leaner legs, a better butt and thinner yet strong arms.
Vix, you have honestly changed my whole outlook on food and this in turn has made me change the way I perceive my body and the way I will treat it from now on. SO thank you, and I hope everyone else in this group has achieved what they wanted and we can all work together to do legs!!!! xx”

THE VIXEN WAY TO GET MORE OUT OF YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE

1. Commit. Don’t straddle the line between wanting to get fit and actually doing something about it. Take the first step towards healthier habits and start by committing to a 30-day Bondi Vixen Challenge. Do a Vixen Class on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. Then do a Vixen 30 day challenge circuit of Booty and Core on Tuesday and Thursday. Keep it up for a month to make the exercise habit really stick and become a lifestyle habit.

2. Make a Plan. Without a good game plan, a trip to the gym can quickly become a complete waste of time.  To avoid wandering aimlessly from one piece of equipment to the next, map out your workouts ahead of time and set clear training goals or relieve yourself from all that stress and time wasting and get yourself to a Bondi Vixen class that targets total body sculpting in 45mins!. When workouts have a purpose, its easier to train hard and have fun at the same time!

3. Stay on Schedule. Habits don’t just happen, they’re formed. When is the best time for exercise? First thing in the morning or after work? Most importantly don’t stress to get to training! There is no perfect time to work out, the best time should be when it fits into your daily schedule with ease. Consistency is the real key and habit changer. Prioritize exercise, and form a healthy habit by sticking to the schedule every day.

4. Track your Progress. Performing the same exact workout day after day will likely lead to a training plateau — the place where progress comes to a sudden halt. One way to avoid potential set backs is by keeping a workout diary. Use it to record the days you trained and even the workouts during each training session. Then, you will always have access to your favorite workouts and the ones that created the best results. You can also use it to create new workouts that are more challenging than previous sessions.
